BIOGRAPHY
Lisa B. Seltser-Kirshon founded The Good Life, A Daily Dose of Vitamin Chi™ on the idea that Tai Chi and Chi Gong training leads to improved health of the mind and body and helps promote longevity.
A full-time teacher and practitioner of the Chinese Healing Arts of Tai Chi and Chi Gong for nearly 20 years, Lisa likes to say that everyone can benefit from “A daily dose of Vitamin Chi”™. Lisa has also been a practitioner of Tui Na, Chinese Therapeutic massage and a licensed massage therapist since 1990. Over the years, Lisa has refined her knowledge and skills and is now channeling her energies toward the Senior population teaching Tai Chi and Chi Gong and other fitness, wellness and prevention modalities.

Lisa is an Integrative Medical Provider for the North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Union Hospital in Lynn and the North Shore Cancer Center, Peabody. Dr. Angelov who runs a holistic medical practice in Swampscott says,
“Tai Chi is a very powerful tool for breaking the vicious cycle of stress allowing the brain to rest and natural energy to flow then the healing comes. I don’t remember a single patient I’ve sent to Lisa who has not gotten better.”
Currently, Lisa has taken her skills to the Senior Fitness population where she is Nationally Certified as a Senior Fitness Specialist at Brooksby Village, Erickson Retirement Communities in Peabody. MA. Says Lisa,
“The concept of Independent Living and being able to help motivate, inspire and educate residents to stay healthy and fit is wonderfully gratifying.”
Lisa’s passion for celebrating life is uplifting and fuses this positive energy to her classes. Along with a bit of humor and philosophy, Lisa makes everyone of all ages feel safe and comfortable.
